Tameshia Bridges Mansfield

Tameshia Bridges Mansfield is the Vice President of the Workforce & Regional Economies practice at Jobs for the Future, overseeing workforce development and future-of-work initiatives. With a background in philanthropy, she held program officer roles at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and the Polk Bros. Foundation and worked at Paraprofessional Healthcare Institute (PHI), advancing policy for direct care workers.

Tameshia co-founded the Clean Slate Initiative and serves on multiple boards. She lives in Kalamazoo, Michigan, with her daughter, and enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
